Q: What is the warranty period for Dualtron electric scooters?

A: All Dualtron electric scooters and main components therein sold by Dualtron.ca are warranted to the original retail purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for six (6) months.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened. It must include all items that were inside the box and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Q: Do you offer financing options?

A: Yes, we offer financing options through PayBright.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: In-Stock E-bikes & E-scooters typically take 3-10 business days, while In-Stock Accessories & Components take 4-7 business days. Free shipping is available Canada-wide, excluding the three Northern Territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Unshipped orders can be cancelled 3 business days prior to shipment. Pre-orders require a deposit, which can be cancelled subject to a 2.7% processing fee.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to your order once the order has shipped. The email will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
